Refund policy

If a file is missing, damaged, will not open, or is not what the product page describes, email hello@tidytangent.com within 30 days of purchase. Include the email you bought with and a short description of the problem.

We will fix it or send a replacement first. If we cannot, we will refund the purchase.

Because these are instant digital downloads, a change of mind after downloading is not guaranteed a refund, but write to us and we will look at it fairly.

Please never email card details or bank credentials. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law where you live.
